Laboratory - Concrete, Mortar, & Grout Testing

Our laboratory is under the technical supervision of a registered professional engineer. Our laboratory is accredited by the American Association of Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO). We follow all applicable American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) procedures.

• Concrete Testing includes:

Compressive Strength Specimens which are completed and cured in the field are brought into the laboratory for further tests.

 

This testing typically includes testing for compressive strength through seven day and twenty eight day breaks.

 

Each set of specimens contains 4 cylinders - one of these is a hold cylinder and can be used for additional testing as requested by the client.

 

Other specific testing can be ordered through the testing and observation department by special request.

Testing is also available for mortar and grout samples.
