Job Title: Internships
Foree & Vann is a geotechnical engineering firm that has practiced in Arizona for 25 years. We currently have several career opportunities, but are focusing on summer interns. Immediately, we have two intern positions.
The first position @ $12.00 per hour involves working with a drill rig in the field. Job responsibilities will include logging test borings, collecting soil samples, providing a generalized site reconnaissance and coordinating laboratory testing programs for the samples collected.
The second position, also @ $12.00 per hour will work heavily with the testing and observation group, performing field density testing, field Proctor tests, foundations excavation inspections, and concrete sampling.
Qualifications: Applicants should be entering their senior year in civil engineering. These positions may be carried over on a part-time basis or transfer into full-time positions following graduation with a B.S.E. and successful score on the E.I.T. exam.
