Oversees all environmental department activities, including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, underground storage tank investigations, drywell investigations, Phase III remediation projects and asbestos, lead-based paint, mold and radon surveys.

Responsible for coordination of investigative and remedial activities with federal, state and local regulatory agencies. Duties also include the supervision of drilling operations, downhole sampling and logging for environmental studies, and installation of groundwater monitoring wells and remedial operating systems.

Oversees construction materials testing and observation, including sampling and testing of soils, concrete and asphalt, and geotechnical and structural special inspection.

More than 20 years of experience in field and laboratory sampling and testing of construction materials. More than 18 years performing environmental investigations.
