PROJECT GEOLOGIST,
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
Mr. Whitlock is
involved with all aspects concerning the preparation of Phase I and
Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
His responsibilities
include
research of historical and contemporary property uses, site
recconnaissance, review of regulatory agency databases, Asbestos
Building Inspections as well as preparation of maps, diagrams and final
reports. His other responsibilities include client relations,
interpretation of site geology, and maintenance of remedial projects.

REPRESENTATIVE WORK
EXPERIENCE:
Phase I Environmental
Site Assessments:
Retail facilities, residential subdivisions,
agricultural land, light industrial facilities, raw land,
medical/dental offices and apartment complexes.
Phase II
Environmental Site Assessments:
Drywell sediment sampling,
surface and subsurface soil sampling, drinking water sampling, lead
paint sampling, interpretation of laboratory results.
Asbestos Inspections:
AHERA, NESHAP and OSHA asbestos building inspections of commercial and
residential structures and
preparation of Asbestos Management Plans.
Phase III
Environmental Remediation Projects:
Groundwater monitoring, UST removal
monitoring, post-abatement asbestos inspections.
Geotechnical and Field Services:
Seismic Refraction Surveys, Pre-Blast Surveys, Blast Monitoring,
Construction Vibration Monitoring.
